Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow, while providing architectural input and maintaining platform stability for a US Department of State contract.
Requirements
- Preferred 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications
- Preferred 5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting
- Preferred 3+ years of Service Portal Development experience
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a State Department Contract focused on cloud work.
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.
- Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements

- Have an ACTIVE Secret security security clearance
- Work independently and as a technical team member
- Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers
- Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work
