Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform to modernize business operations and integrate cutting-edge technologies for their global clients.
Requirements
- Expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide, REST, and SOAP
- Ability to design and lead integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
- Experience with domain separation, flow designer, and platform security
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and performance tuning
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or System Administrator preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Architect and implement key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, and CMDB.
- Guide best practices in domain separation, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Translate business needs into solution architectures.
- Support a wide range of projects with hands-on development.

- 5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Solution Architect
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow ecosystem
