The partner company of Jobgether is looking to solve the problem of translating operational needs into clear Agile requirements to guide software enhancements and new features in the United States.
Requirements
- Experience working in Agile teams and converting business needs into Agile software requirements.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server for data analysis during requirement gathering and functional testing.
- Familiarity with the sprint process; project management experience is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capacity to refine best practices and enhance service delivery.
- Insurance or claims industry experience is a plus; Scrum certification is an advantage.
- Strong documentation skills; autonomous, dependable, and well-organized.
Responsibilities
- Translate operational needs into well-defined Agile software requirements.
- Create clear business requirements, user stories, proposals, contracts, and high-level documentation.
- Develop financial analyses, spreadsheets, graphs, and system documentation to support product initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and compile data from various departments for program outcomes and statistical reporting.
- Define and track business metrics related to production levels and departmental performance.
- Deliver training sessions and create guides for internal and external users.
- Coordinate with IT and delivery teams on release planning and project cycles.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science; 5+ years as a SaaS Business/Product Analyst.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of working across a matrix organization with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, adhering to guidelines and delivering consistent execution.
