The partner company of Jobgether is looking to bridge business needs and software solutions within a dynamic Product Development environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis, functional testing, and requirement gathering.
- Prior experience working in Agile teams, capturing business requirements, and translating them into software specifications.
- Familiarity with Sprint processes, Scrum practices, and project management methodologies.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a SaaS software business/product analyst, ideally within the insurance or claims industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate operational and client requirements into clear, actionable Agile software specifications.
- Create business proposals, functional documentation, client/vendor contracts, and high-level reports.
- Coordinate with IT teams and Delivery managers to ensure timely project releases post-testing and signoff.
- Develop business metrics and statistical analyses to monitor departmental performance and program outcomes.
- Create training guides and conduct sessions for internal and external clients as needed.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously in a Sprint/Agile environment, ensuring alignment across shared IT resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve standardized best practices and service delivery across the organization.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Self-motivated, independent, and dependable with strong documentation capabilities.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, standard business hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
