The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) requires support for its Information Technology Operations Division, specifically in software development and maintenance for Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E), Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) Network, and Business Systems.
Requirements
- Ten (15) years’ experience in development and management of software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
- IAT Level III certification such as CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), CCNP Security, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP.

Other
- Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional certification for years of experience per CSWF certification requirements.
- Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance.
