The company is looking to enhance its real-time and big data enterprise and cloud offerings, including ArcGIS Velocity and ArcGIS GeoEvent Server, by developing new features and providing innovative software product capabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and user experience frameworks such as React
- Working knowledge and experience developing with relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
- Object oriented design experience and skills
- Strong understanding of Java, TypeScript, and JavaScript design patterns
- Knowledge of data formats including JSON, XML, and delimited text
- Experience consuming REST services from a JavaScript web application
- Experience working with large codebases
Responsibilities
- Use JavaScript, Typescript, and React to develop front-end applications
- Prototype, design, develop, and deliver complete software features and products
- Collaborate with other developers throughout the development process
- Participate and be engaged in the Scrum software development process
- Ensure software meets accessibility, internationalization, and localization requirements
- Evolve language skills by staying current with complementary programming languages and development methodologies
- Develop software used by people who are not software developers
