Requirements
- Expert-level skills in Java, Python, and SQL
- Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and related technologies
- Experience with containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker
- Understanding of how to build cloud-scale delivery, including scalability, resiliency, and recoverability
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and scalability
- Experience with workflow automation solutions (e.g., Workato), web services (REST/OpenAPI), messaging frameworks (Kafka), data platforms (Snowflake), and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions for revenue platforms
- Ensure Martech systems are robust, optimized, and seamlessly integrated
- Leverage background in Marketo ecosystem, Java, Python, data platforms, workflow automation, software architecture, messaging frameworks, and cloud technologies to drive technical direction
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Enterprise Data Platform to align engineering efforts with business goals
- Oversee the integrity of software estimations and ensure high standards of performance, reliability, and security
- Drive innovation within the revenue technology stack
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
Other
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering with deep experience in software integration and workflow automation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience in the financial industry or B2B platforms is a plus
- Ability to work in the office 3+ days/week and participate in limited corporate travel
