Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is looking for individuals to develop calibration and test software for their infrared sensing systems, as well as production support software and systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with C, C and/or C++ programming
- Experience developing in Visual Studio is highly desired
- Experience programming in an SQL Server environment is highly desired
- Experience testing equipment in thermal chambers highly desired
- Understanding of embedded, multi-threaded software design and implementation is very helpful. (e.g. embedded Linux, RTEMs, etc.)
- Ability to understand both the hardware and software components of the embedded systems under test
- Excellent knowledge of hardware subsystems and common peripheral buses I2C, SPI, USB
Responsibilities
- Software design and development of calibration and test software for our infrared sensing systems.
- Development of production support software and systems.
- Participation in every phase of a project: requirements review, software design and coding, unit testing, system integration and sustaining engineering.
