ONICON Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to develop and maintain software for configuring, reporting, and managing data from flow meters and internal databases, including developing and improving calculation algorithms and learning lower-level stack development.
Requirements
- Programming, C-Sharp, C++, .NET, MAUI, Python and/or C
- Version Control Git and/or SVN
- Embedded Device Programming (or willingness to learn)
Responsibilities
- Write and debug code for various internal and external software tools and apps
- Implement User Stories
- Define technical requirements from product requirements
- Develop test procedures and write software unit tests
- Lead and participate in software design reviews.
- Participate in firmware design reviews
- Generate firmware using “C” code for various microprocessor platforms

- 7+ years programming experience
