Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or software development focused on AI systems
• Experience in designing, finetuning, evaluating, and deploying state-of-the-art AI models, including LLMs, for real-world applications
• Deep understanding of advanced techniques like reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and few-shot learning
• Deep understanding of architecture and design patterns underlying models like GPT, LLaMA, and BERT
• Deep understanding of frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field
• Master’s or PhD is a plus

Responsibilities

• analyze the behavior of LLMs
• measure the value of data for AI systems
• develop novel approaches, prototypes, and applications to solve real-world client problems using state-of-the-art models and technologies
• apply technical skills to economics, legal, and business strategy problems
