Requirements
- Designing and programming commercial grade applications
- Performing object-oriented design, and development in Java or SmallTalk or C-Sharp or .Net
- Experience with Java
- Experience with SmallTalk
- Experience with C-Sharp
- Experience with .Net

Responsibilities
- Participate through the entire software development life cycle of analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support
- Work with junior developers assisting them in all aspects of the software engineering process
- Follow the development practices of the public safety product teams
- Ensure the ongoing success of projects by designing high-quality technical solutions
- Collaborate with the other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to solve complex technical problems
- Designing and programming commercial grade applications
- Performing object-oriented design, and development in Java or SmallTalk or C-Sharp or .Net
Other
- Must work in the office at specified worksite at least one day per week
- Option to work remotely up to four days per week within reasonable commuting distance of the worksite
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or foreign equivalent
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or foreign equivalent
- 5 years of experience or 2 years of experience depending on the degree
