SeekWell is seeking a Software Engineer to lead the design and building of AI-integrated, scalable systems to consolidate multiple AI implementations into a unified platform, ensuring performance, accuracy, and business impact across product, architecture, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python is required; familiarity with TypeScript is a plus
- Experience with AI systems and technology
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems, especially for text extraction from images or documents
- Familiarity with AI tools or similar OCR/NLP platforms is a plus
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of A/B testing, accuracy measurement, and cost-performance optimization for AI pipelines
- Bonus: experience working with healthcare compliance, or customer-facing AI workflows
Responsibilities
- Integrate and optimize AI models (e.g., Azure Document Intelligence, ChatGPT-4) for extracting structured data.
- Lead development of services that support key business services.
- Design and implement scalable, secure APIs and event-driven systems
- Collaborate on AI experimentation: A/B testing, prompt engineering, and accuracy tuning.
- Build production observability and performance monitoring for AI outputs.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to system architecture decisions.

- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of development experience
- Hybrid schedule – typically 1–2 days/week onsite in Draper, UT
