Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with peers, product, and design teams to balance user experience, business goals, and rapid delivery of new features.
  • Write clean, testable, and secure code while adhering to shared engineering standards.
  • Take full ownership of medium-to-large features, maintaining high standards for design and data integrity while delivering a polished experience.
  • Break down ambiguous user stories into clear, manageable technical sub-tasks, balancing speed of delivery with long-term architectural health.
  • Support and evolve existing features, keeping them reliable, secure, and aligned with modern practices while balancing delivery of new features.
  • Ensure high-quality releases by conducting thorough testing and collaborating closely with support teams to rapidly resolve production issues and refine user experience.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous technical improvement.

Other

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 3 year relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years experience with full stack development.
  • Experience building software for complex industries (e.g., construction systems).
  • A background in building workflow management tools.
