Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and create workflows based on the triage processes.
- Document SOP's and maintain knowledge base
- Web portal user administration across all Centene payer organizations.
- Perform periodic audits based on the request from compliance team
- Triage incidents and resolve / re-assign / collaborate with cross functional teams such as Health plan users, application teams, product teams etc.,
- Support and coordinate with Web portal vendor enhancement and deployment activities from web portal critical issues.
- Root causal analysis for operational and compliance issues.
