Responsibilities
- Lead frontend and backend projects using .NET Core, C-Sharp, Angular, and React to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
- Guide architecture and validate solutions for complex initiatives with a focus on innovation and quality.
- Optimize applications by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation to support development and operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define goals, standards, and timelines, driving effective project execution.
- Support team growth by mentoring developers and fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
