Lucid Motors is seeking to develop and deliver next-generation infotainment systems for luxury electric vehicles, requiring a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer in Embedded Systems to implement, enhance, integrate, optimize, and deliver embedded system application features and functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing applications and services for embedded systems in C/C++.
- Strong understanding of QNX or Linux OS, with proven experience.
- Experience with communication protocols like MQTT, DDS, and networking protocols.
- Strong understanding of design and architecture patterns, with experience in unit test frameworks.
- Experience with Camera software stack, streaming protocols like RTP, Android Automotive OS, Qualcomm platform and/or other infotainment OS/platforms is a plus.
- Experience using Git, Jira, and Jenkins
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for design, development, Integration, verification & maintenance of Embedded system applications for our next generation 'Digital Cockpit Platform'.
- Optimize performance, safety, and security of the software on Qualcomm SoC.
- Integrate, test, and validate software components to ensure the required high software quality level and conformity to industry standards.
