The Financial Products team at Uber is tasked with building out Uber's financial services, a core strategic initiative. The goal is to launch high-impact projects that expand Uber's services and offerings, directly influencing the company's performance by developing user-facing fintech products and services that integrate with the entire Uber platform (Uber, UberEats, Uber Driver apps) on a global scale.

- Expertise in system design and architecture, with the ability to lead the development of complex, scalable systems
- Experience building and launching 0-1 products
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to design and implement new product ideas and business needs with a scalable solution
- Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability
- Play an active role in the team's technical design choices, code reviews, and documentation

- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving projects and mentoring junior engineers to improve team performance and code quality
