BAE Systems is looking to deliver new capabilities into space via small sat or payload and needs strong embedded software developers to contribute to the development of an embedded space payload application
Requirements
- 4+ years of embedded software development experience, preferably with C++
- Familiarity with the space domain and/or software-defined radios
- Experience with automated build pipelines such as, gitlab, Jenkins, Ansible, & Atlassian tools
- Any experience with OpenC3's COSMOS (https://openc3.com/)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of an embedded space payload application in C++ or C
- Collaborate across sites and across disciplines to bring a new capability to life
- Efficiently respond to developing requirements
Other
- US citizenship status
- An existing Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
