Requirements
- Strong skills in Python and JavaScript.
- Proven experience with full-stack web solutions.
- Solid knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and web development.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Redux, Vue, Angular, etc.).
- Knowledge of distributed systems, TDD, SQL/NoSQL databases, and performance optimization.
- Experience with C3 AI platform preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable software engineering solutions with cross-product impact.
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality, modular solutions.
- Enhance engineering best practices company-wide.
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement AI agents.
- Build scalable tools enabling faster data/model iteration.
- Develop visual tools for application development and data science.
- Work closely with product, UX, front-end, and back-end engineers.

- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be local to the DC Metro area and able to be onsite 5 days a week
