Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in multiple of the following technology domains: Cloud (AWS, serverless, containers, infrastructure as code, cloud computing services), Client-server (.net, Java), C++, Web (JavaScript, Python), Database (SQL, DynamoDB).
- Proficiency of software testing patterns and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop secure, high quality, performant code, using the required programming languages and tools while following team standards.
- Leverage reuseable solutions within the team.
- Collaborate, participate in and approve code reviews.
- Merge production-ready code for deployment.
- Analyze system performance metrics, find inefficiencies and opportunities for performance optimization.
- Ability to implement based on an existing design.
- Lead refinement and design reviews.
Other
- Degree in Computer Science, information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred experience in life insurance domain.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to articulate and share information within the team, across teams and with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in complex environments.
