Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong technical judgment: ability to distinguish what’s feasible, what’s not, and what’s risky
- Experience with full-stack or backend systems; React, React Native, and Python are a plus
- Ventures are designed with AI baked in from the start—we value experience with shaping ML pipelines or experimenting with agentic systems
- Comfort working in hybrid roles that blend engineering with product strategy
Responsibilities
- Translating business concepts into actionable technical plans
- Contributing to engineering work on the microservices and integration layers
- Managing external development teams to ensure delivery quality
- Identifying technical risks and edge cases in early-stage ideas
- Communicating across disciplines: working closely with EIRs, product, and leadership

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—especially in cross-functional or ambiguous environments
