Eastern Bank Technology is looking to enhance and standardize QA processes & techniques across the enterprise by implementing a testing center of excellence.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, Java or .Net
- Selenium Framework
- Appium
- Zephyr
- UFT
- Automation development for both online and mobile applications
- APIs or similar tools to create data for testing
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and test plans for enterprise wide projects adhering to quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Implement SDLC QA standards and procedures, requirement traceability and code testing coverage across applications.
- Create and define automation framework. Lead, develop and execute automation scripts using UFT, Selenium or other tools for online and mobile solutions
- Design test plans and test cases template, provide training on usage of templates. Create clearly written defect reports; collaborate with engineers on bug fixing and testing.
- Define metrics to be used in reporting results to stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Perform various testing approaches including white-box, black-box, load testing, mobile testing, functional & regression testing, integration testing
- Create, maintain and enhance key parts of the release procedures and processes. Own the process for releasing builds into QA and production. Approve builds
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and/or experience
- 4+ years of quality assurance strategy and leading team
- Ability to work under very little guidance by the Software Quality Assurance Manager
- Ability to lead and manage all projects they are assigned to from requirement gathering through deployment
- Serve as an escalation to by the junior members of the team
