RF-SMART is looking for a Sr. Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality engineering efforts for their supply chain products across mobile, web, and server components. The role aims to improve the quality development process, mentor a QA team, and ensure product delivery meets future roadmap demands.
Requirements
- Hands-on automated software testing experience, including integration, regression, and load/performance testing.
- Experience working in some or all our stack (Jira, X-Ray, Playwright, Puppeteer, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, Postman, Swagger, AWS, etc.).
- Proficiency using modern source control providers such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Team City.
Responsibilities
- Hire and develop our team of QA Engineers across industries and disciplines.
- Set and report on measurable goals and objectives for the team.
- Set weekly and monthly priorities for the QA team and individual team members.
- Own the quality process, procedures and decision support for product testing and automation.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement tools to help facilitate team success.
- Provide a point of authoritative knowledge to help address technical or administrative hurdles the team may encounter.
- Define and track software quality metrics.
