Responsibilities

  • Support multiple application development teams to drive our services and applications at scale.
  • Act as a part of a highly engaged, high-performing team of reliability engineers who support quality assurance (“QA”), user acceptance testing (“UAT”), and handing off to production support.
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle (“SDLC”) from designing build pipelines, to supporting our Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) cloud environment.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the inner workings of our applications to identify monitoring needs and to create suitable runbooks.
  • Work closely with business partners, development teams, infrastructure teams, and colleagues across the organization.
  • Continuously improve products, processes, and user experiences, leveraging a passion for innovative information technology (“IT”) solutions and to support platform engineers as the company adopts a modern vision of DevOps culture.
  • Lead technical teams by leveraging tooling and automation to achieve maximum process reliability.

Other

  • Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 36 months of experience in a related occupation.
  • Maintain a continuous focus on collaboration and coordination efforts with related departments and stakeholders.
