- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, with expertise in algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis

Responsibilities
- Architecting and leading foundational frontend systems in a plethora of frameworks and technologies.
- Translating ambiguous business opportunities into concrete, scalable technical solutions.
- Driving the vision and technical direction of the growth teams.
- Being a key contributor in our culture of engineering operational excellence leading by example to other engineers, owning the standards for system health, observability, and incident response among others.
- Increasing exponentially the impact of the organization by mentoring senior and staff engineers, codifying best practices and design patterns, and participating in technical debates and engineering architectural review meetings.
- Leading high-impact initiatives that advance the technical strategy of the organization, driving decisions that impact multiple engineering teams.
- Identifying and eliminating technical inefficiencies across our codebase and projects.
