Requirements
- Deep technical breadth— từ distributed systems and cloud-native architectures to data pipelines and service mesh patterns
- Recent experience developing or designing software solutions
- Demonstrated experience delivering scalable cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure)
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD, Release Management, and SDLC
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to drive the modernization of GEICO’s policy services and systems
- Influence product vision and collaborate with product teams to deliver solutions aligned with business strategy
- Champion and instill strong Agile practices to drive team effectiveness, adaptability, and continuous delivery
- Ensure operational excellence through engineering best practices
- Coach and mentor team members for high performance and accountability
- Deliver scalable, cloud-based applications
Other
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent education or work experience
- 7+ years of hands-on software development or solutions engineering experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple scrum teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
