Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Swift for iOS development.
  • Deep understanding of iOS SDK, Xcode, and the iOS application lifecycle, including background execution, memory management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience building SDKs or frameworks consumed by third-party apps, ensuring robust API design and developer experience.
  • Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services via RESTful APIs and JSON.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, data pipelines, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of basic machine learning concepts, such as supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the research, design, prototyping, implementation, and deployment of holistic end-to-end solutions in the iOS domain.
  • Develop and maintain highly stable, high-performance, and scalable iOS client SDKs that meet the needs of our global enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including product management, frontend, and data science — to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration with other platform components.
  • Stay up to date on the latest capabilities of iOS platforms, cloud technologies, and AI/ML frameworks to enhance our mobile solutions.
  • Research and implement new innovations in mobile security as the iOS landscape evolves, including the evaluation of popular third-party SDKs and APIs.
  • Drive best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, including continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the mobile engineering team.
