Vantor is seeking to solve spatial intelligence problems by developing 3D image processing capabilities, particularly with satellite images, to help decision makers and operators navigate and shape the future.
Requirements
- C and C++
- Linux OS
- Familiar with testing in C++
- Data Structures and Algorithms
- Familiarity with low level programming concepts and best practices to include process concurrency and memory management
- Comfort working with resource constrained target hardware (compute, memory, storage)
- Experience with image processing algorithms
Responsibilities
- Work in agile teams on algorithm development
- Conduct dialogue with stakeholders and transform their requirements and wishes into a realized product
- Develop software in a variety of languages, including C, C++, Go, Python, JavaScript, and Rust
- Work mainly in a Linux environment
- Apply stereo algorithms, mesh and voxel processing, geo-registration of images, and geo-registration of video sequences in real time
- Build a living Globe in 3D
- Solve complicated technical problems autonomously and collaboratively
Other
- US Citizen capable and willing to apply and hold a Secret Security Clearance
- BS Degree in a relevant field (eg. computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, etc)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industry
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to solve complicated technical problems
- U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee
