Moloco is building the foundation for its next-generation AI agentic platform, a scalable infrastructure designed to empower intelligent, automated decision-making at scale. The platform includes components such as a prompt store, orchestration engine, agent frameworks, and a data connector layer. The mission is to drive real business impact by enhancing the productivity of internal teams (e.g., Sales) and improving customer experiences through intelligent automation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend or systems engineering experience, with a proven track record of designing scalable and distributed infrastructure
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages
- Experience working with cloud-native systems and ML/AI pipelines
- Familiarity with orchestration tools, microservices architecture, and real-time data processing
- Experience working on LLM-based systems, agentic AI, or orchestration of autonomous agents
- Background in tools for campaign performance, troubleshooting, or optimization
- Experience building frameworks that support modular, reusable agent components
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, production-grade systems for agentic AI infrastructure
- Build components including the Prompt Store, Orchestrator/Sequencer, Data Connectors, and Agent Frameworks
- Enable intelligent agent behaviors to automate decision-making, support reasoning, and reduce time-to-insight for internal and customer-facing workflows
- Collaborate with product, ML, and data engineering to ensure system integration, performance, and agility
- Help drive the technical roadmap and influence broader AI strategy at Moloco
