Coupang is looking to build the future of commerce and solve problems in the Ad Exchange and RTB domain by connecting Brand Ads DSPs to multiple SSPs, and bringing in Coupang family apps and other SSPs to build a new generation of Ad Exchange server.
Requirements
- 8 years of solid work with fundamental algorithms, system design, and large distributed systems
- 8 years of coding experience in Java, Go, C++ or other strong types coding languages
- Hands-on experience in leading team to build large scale real-time service
- Successful experience of building large scale ad system
- 10 years' experience with handling large data volumes in a distributed environment
- Rich experience with service-oriented architecture and web application/services development
- Rich experience working with AWS (Amazon web services)
Responsibilities
- Design and propose new architecture considering the end-to-end process of the application in charge of connecting brand ads demand and supply
- Build highly scalable, low latency online systems
- Work together with Brand Ads management team for DSP and ads campaign setup
- Work together with Brand Ads Serving team for all signals exchange and optimization
- Maximize the return of vendors' investment on Brand Ads and drive Brand Ads revenue
- Contribute to Company's profitability
- Build modern Ad Exchange System
Other
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a closely related field
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- 18-21 days of the Paid Time Off (PTO) a year based on the tenure
