Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution and deliverables for vehicle infotainment systems, ensuring the platforms meet aggressive release, performance, quality, and feature-delivery goals across vehicle targets.

Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of computer
  • Expert in agile processes and running software teams using JIRA, Confluence, and other program management tools
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and quality assurance processes
  • Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
  • Automotive industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage robust Infotainment release processes, quality controls, and development gates
  • Manage release schedules, cross-organizational dependencies, and commitments
  • Develop and scale process to improve quality, testing coverage (including automation), integration criteria, and release readiness
  • Drive and maintain best-in-class Infotainment system performance, focusing on areas such as boot-up time, user interface responsiveness, and stability
  • Work closely with engineering, testing, and analytics teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and technical success metrics
