Requirements
- Experience with programming tools like Python, PySpark, R
- Experience with statistical tools like Excel and visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience with natural language processing using toolkits such as nltk, spacy
- Knowledge of machine learning models
- Experience with data science methodologies
- Experience with data engineering and data ingestion
- Experience with tag managers and data collection processes
Responsibilities
- Formulate and perform multifaceted analytic studies against large volumes of web-related data
- Interpret and analyze data using exploratory mathematic and statistical techniques based on the scientific method
- Analyze large volumes of website interaction data to personalize the customer journey
- Understand the data collection process using tag managers and provide recommendations to the development team
- Experiment against data points and provide information based on experiment results (A/B testing)
- Leverage statistical tools and machine learning models for improving digital KPI metrics
- Build product recommendation models for cross-sell and up-sell to improve business revenue
Other
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or mathematics (minimum)
- Master's degree in Data Science or Data Analytics (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in statistics, data science, machine learning
- Relocation support is not provided, must be willing to work on-site 3 days a week in Lexington, KY
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check and drug test
