Visa is looking to engineer and support various technologies and tools to provide the best Developer experience for Visa's Development community, connecting the world through the most innovative, convenient, reliable, and secure payments network.
Requirements
- Good knowledge as admin or user on at least 5 of the following tools GitHub, GH Actions, CodeFresh ArgoCD, Terraform Env0, Artifactory, ECR, DTR, SonarQube, CheckMarx, Nexus IQ, Jira and Jira Align.
- Good working knowledge in the use of software build tools, e.g. maven, npm or Gradle, docker
- Prefer to have AWS / GCP / Azure certified
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes preferred.
- Hands on experience with AWS /GCP
- Good knowledge in writing pipelines for CI/CD and catalog management
- Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Engineer vendor products to Visa's environment by installing, upgrading, patching, and maintaining Developer tools.
- Interface with internal departments such as Cybersecurity and Governance groups to ensure controls are established maintained and complied for all Developer tools.
- Interact with vendors and provide necessary feedback to tailor vendor products to meet Visa's needs.
- Develop standards and enforce governance across CICD practices
- Create and maintain templates and catalogs of pipelines and manage inner sourcing processes
- Perform regular housekeeping on tools to provide high standards of application stability and reliability.
- Support ongoing Developer Tools projects and provide technical input as needed.
Other
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Travel 5-10% of the time
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
