MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to support Product Manager Information Warfare Cyber Infrastructure (PdM IWCI) in offensive cyber program initiatives, focusing on technical infrastructure, data analysis, development security practices, cloud engineering strategies, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of the platform.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework).
- Experience with Cloud Solution Management (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google, Terraform).
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Experience with Unix-based (e.g. RedHat, Ubuntu, etc.) and Windows Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces.
- Experience with Ansible Playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with component teams, requirements owners, DoD component teams, and developmental contractors; the collaboration includes operational requirements translation into software requirements, designs, implementations, developmental planning artifacts.
- Support efforts of execution platforms including cloud, multi-cloud, system of systems, commercial/government software applications.
- Design, implement, document, and manage systems in respect to training, testing, automation, troubleshooting, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with the defense industrial complex science and technology partners.
- Conducts reviews and assesses developmental contractor software code to ensure compliance with government-provided coding and cybersecurity standards.
- Participates in government oversight of contractor software development activities, to include as a supporting team member in agile development paradigm activities (e.g., scrums, sprint retrospectives), develops software acceptance criteria, and generating recommendations to the government Assistant Product Manager;
- Develop software-based systems, including development, development planning, development/test automation tools, requirements prioritization, test, evaluation, cross-system integration, and fielding/delivery, and post-delivery support.

- Must have an active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- 10 years of direct experience with software development.
- 3 years in cyber or C4ISR systems.
