Lucid is seeking a Sr. Systems Training Specialist to drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, in-house ML/LLM models, and broader AI enablement initiatives. The goal is to empower employees to responsibly and effectively leverage AI in their daily work by translating complex AI concepts into accessible learning experiences.
Requirements
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI platforms, ML/LLM fundamentals, and their applications in the workplace.
- 3+ years of experience in technical training, adult education, or knowledge transfer roles.
- Expertise with LMS platforms, authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.), and emerging learning technologies.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Stay current on emerging AI tools, trends, and ethical considerations to keep training programs relevant and forward-looking.
- Provide technical guidance during training sessions and troubleshoot user issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on AI tools (e.g., Copilot, custom ML/LLM applications, etc.).
- Create scalable learning assets (e-learning modules, microlearning, toolkits, job aids, and live workshops) tailored for global audiences.
- Partner with AI/ML teams, IT, and business leaders to align training content with enterprise AI strategy and implementation roadmaps.
- Deliver training sessions through multiple modalities: classroom instruction, virtual sessions, one-on-one coaching, and self-paced learning modules.
- Lead AI literacy initiatives to ensure employees understand the opportunities, risks, and responsible use of AI across functions.
- Develop and maintain training schedules to support new users’ onboarding and ongoing skill development.
- Maintain training environments and demo systems to support hands-on learning experiences.
Other
- 5+ years of experience in systems training, instructional design, or enterprise technology enablement, with a strong focus on new/emerging technologies.
- Experience driving the adoption of new technologies in enterprise environments, including influencing cultural and behavioral change.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, comprehensive documentation.
