Anaconda is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to drive revenue growth and customer success through strategic go-to-market hiring, by building sales, marketing, and customer success organizations with top-tier talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and 3 years of in-house experience recruiting for sales, marketing, or customer success roles.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting Enterprise Account Executives within the ecosystem of SaaS or Open Source DevTools, Data Science and Analytics, Cloud Providers, Hyperscalers, Data Platforms or AI.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring and quality goals.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn).
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders in high-growth or scaling organizations.
  • Experience educating and selling private company equity compensation vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-cycle GTM recruitment with primary focus on sales roles, including Account Executives and other revenue-generating positions, from candidate sourcing and qualification through offer acceptance.
  • Serve as our GTM talent expert by providing strategic insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability while acting as an ambassador for Anaconda's mission and opportunity in the AI space.
  • Build exceptional hiring manager partnerships through strategic advisory support, ideal candidate profile development, and thoughtful, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create outstanding candidate experiences that demonstrate our values of Clarity, Candor, and Care through proactive communication, expectation management, and consistent partnership throughout the process.
  • Partner strategically with sales leadership to translate revenue goals into hiring strategies, collaborate with hiring managers on ideal candidate profiles and processes, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to scale our recruiting practices.
  • Leverage AI tools and technology to streamline workflows while maintaining high-touch, personalized service for both candidates and hiring managers in the competitive AI talent market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, People, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accuracy, build trust, and establish scalable people practices supporting the company’s growth.
