Requirements

  • Experience with API integrations
  • familiarity with systems like Postman, WMS, OMS, TMS, or multi-carrier shipping platforms
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and project management systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps
  • Demonstrated technical expertise with the ability to train others

Responsibilities

  • Configure our platform for customer needs
  • oversee API integrations
  • advise on technical best practices
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure a seamless hand-off and resolution of any issues
  • Define and document tailored implementation processes, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and participating in team development
  • Demonstrated technical expertise with the ability to train others

Other

  • Own end-to-end customer implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct kick-off calls, technical deep dives, weekly status meetings, training sessions, and post-implementation hyper-care to guarantee customer success.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in SaaS, software delivery, or supply chain/logistics technology implementation.
  • Proven success in technical implementations and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, tactful approach.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to balance individual and group responsibilities.
  • Adaptability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
