DaVita is looking for a Sr. Technical Lead to provide technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled software, applications, products, and services, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements, best practices, architecture guidelines, and security regulations.
Requirements
- High level of expertise in any (one or more) of the following: C-Sharp, .NET platform, ASP.NET, Jscript, MVC, MVVM, iOS Programming / Mobile Development
- Oracle/SQL Server/DB2
- ETL, ELT, CDC, pub/sub, event/driven data integrations
- Data modeling – 3NF, Vault, Dimensional, Data Lake, Data Vault, Key-Value
- XML, CSV, DDL/DML, JSON
- DevOps methodology and technologies – Jenkins, BitBucket / Git, Artifactory
- 3-5 yrs experience with Agile Development Methodology (leading scrum teams, PI planning)
Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and technology solutions
- Development oversight and standards adherence: provide Technical guidance and mentoring to Developers, Sr. Developers, and Technical Leads
- Systems development and support. Create Design & Technical Specs from Business requirement specifications
- Best practices design and development. Lead and participate in code reviews, collaborate with fellow developers and Architects
- Project planning and estimation. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and others to ensure delivery of the project
- Overseeing the day-to-day software development aspects
- Drive Development components of Agile scrum teams and clear obstacles by collaborating with other teams

- Previous experience as Technical Lead/Architect
- Min. 5yrs experience working in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication skills
- 2-4 yrs of Healthcare Experience
- Other duties as assigned.
