OpenLoop is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Product Manager, Platform to own and drive the platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs, while managing complex technical aspects and fostering collaboration across teams.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own our platform strategy by developing and executing the overall strategy, aligning it with OpenLoop's business objectives and user needs.
  • Understand and speak to back-end technologies in order to assess the feasibility of features and integrations, ensuring that your product is technically sound. This includes but is not limited to: databases, APIs, and server-side logic, back-end architecture, specifically as it applies to scalability, performance, and security.
  • Drive technical innovation by leading the development and optimization of core platform components, including APIs, partner integrations, and cross-product capabilities like messaging and telephony.
  • Enhance workflow management by designing and implementing robust user stories, and management solutions that streamline operations across the platform.
  • Leverage and spearhead AI capabilities within integrations and development of AI-driven features to enhance our platform.
  • Ensure scalability and stability over our platform's architecture, guaranteeing the ability to support many products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain APIs, data infrastructure, and security protocols.

Other

  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management or a related field / MBA is a plus
  • 7-10 years in product management, with a focus on platform or technical product management.
  • This position is an individual contributor but will manage critical platform initiatives, and eventually, with growth, will have the potential to manage and develop a small team of product managers.
  • Background in healthcare, particularly in a similar intricate platform that offers various solutions, including tele-health technology, HIPAA compliance, data security and medical knowledge
  • Experienced in navigating / managing competing priorities, keeping goals and due dates aligned, in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience balancing various opinions and team contributions, with the ability to filter through healthy conflict and differing opinions, resulting in effective decision making
  • An exceptional communicator, showing ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, guide conflicting conversations, towards effective decisions, while ensuring healthy debate and team collaboration
  • Always ensuring work results builds credibility through expertise and reliability.
