Conceal is looking for a senior/principal technical product manager to drive the end-to-end success of its strategic product portfolio by shaping the multi-year vision and roadmap, collaborating with engineering to deliver robust and scalable platforms, and crafting the market narrative to drive adoption and commercial success.
Requirements
- Advanced background in technical product management, including collaboration with engineering and architecture teams
- Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and requirements in complex, distributed systems
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-focused solutions and narratives
- Strong systems thinker who can bridge technical and business perspectives seamlessly
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and data-driven decision-making
- Technical background in software engineering, cloud platforms, or distributed systems
- Experience with cybersecurity, Secure Service Edge (SSE), SASE, or related security technologies
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable and elegant technical solutions
- Write clear product requirements, epics, and user stories that translate customer needs into actionable development work
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, platform improvements, and technical debt reduction
- Assess technical risks, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend architectural approaches for long-term scalability
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and technical content to support sales and market education
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, whitepapers, and case studies for internal and external audiences
- Partner with product leadership to develop and execute a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives

- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role
- First-principles thinker with the ability to deconstruct problems and build innovative, differentiated solutions
- High intellectual curiosity with a bias for action; thrives in ambiguity and excels at structuring complex, undefined problems
- Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise SaaS, security, or infrastructure products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills across technical and business audiences
