Responsibilities
- Lead the development of next-generation interview tools leveraging AI, including audio-based interviews, transcription analytics, and quality of hire dashboards
- Partner with Research Scientists and Data Scientists to optimize interview practices and tools, enhancing our ability to identify and secure top-tier talent
- Drive the product strategy for global recruitment tools used by thousands of recruiters, impacting millions of candidates across diverse geographies and roles
- Pioneer the integration of cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to revolutionize hiring practices, leveraging Amazon's robust AWS infrastructure
- Define and execute product strategies that deliver substantial business value and measurable improvements in talent acquisition
- Work with cross-functional teams in building innovative solutions that significantly enhance the interview experience and recruiter efficiency
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to solve complex problems and influence key stakeholders across the organization
Other
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
