Requirements

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies used to implement designs (HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Strong heuristic usability analysis skills
• Strong requirements-gathering and business analysis skills
• Deep understanding of best practices for web-based information architecture and design
• Experience designing business software UX
• Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and a track record of quantifiable results from past projects
• Knowledge of advanced behavioral metrics techniques

Responsibilities

• Transform business goals into actionable UX/UI business requirements
• Refine how UX/UI requirements are implemented by Engineering
• Define process flows and create conceptual wireframes
• Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes
• Develop internal and external relationships to generate future site visit opportunities
• Lead site visits, interviews, and surveys to develop a thorough understanding of users
• Improve key internal relationships across departments to ensure the UX/UI team is aware of all UX needs within the organization
