Requirements
- 5+ years of UX or related experience is preferred
- A digital portfolio showcasing your design skills, storytelling, and thinking that we can review online is required
- Drive to optimize and design systems for internal teams and product experiences
- Experience working on agile teams delivering value in digital products
- Experience collaborating with research to discover and evaluate evidence-based and data-driven design decisions
- An array of design skills, which might include visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, strategic design methods (such as design thinking), user research, or writing
- A foundational understanding of development knowledge, both web and mobile
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy and execution on their product team, with guidance and coaching from UX and product leadership
- Help define the design work that delivers business outcomes for their product teams
- Consult with the product owners, technology partners, and research to help inform product strategy that cultivates value
- Contribute to the culture of our UXD and product teams
- Design across all experiences including desktop, web, mobile, and native apps
- Partnering with user research to understand the customer problems to tackle
- Distilling qualitative and quantitative feedback to unearth recurring themes and promote data-driven design decisions
Other
- A degree in a related field such as interactive design, visual communications, graphic design, or human factors is preferred
- Effective communication as a writer, presenter, and facilitator; equally at ease speaking with product developers or executives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where decisions are data-focused, collaborative, and iterative
