LexisNexis Legal & Professional is looking to enhance its business data products through user research to improve productivity and transform the overall business and practice of law.
Requirements
Understanding and experience with a variety of UX research methods, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, workshops, and more.
Experience using relevant tools for research analysis (e.g. Qualtrics, Excel, Tetra Insights) to expert level.
Experience and demonstrable understanding of the nuances of researching in different contexts (remote / in person / unmoderated /moderated).
Have a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques and advanced analysis skills
Possess working experience with senior stakeholders to decide and plan a user research roadmap and communicate findings and recommendations
Be able to apply a range of methods such as contextual interviews and usability testing to suit the research question, project stage and timescales
Experience working collaboratively with colleagues in a wide range of roles and involving product teams and other stakeholders in the research process
Responsibilities
Leads major research projects.
Employs a range of methods; plans and conducts research; analyzes and communicates findings.
