Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and uplevel the UX Writing discipline at Zoom
- Partner closely with the cross-functional team to deeply understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints and to influence product direction through content
- Shape and contribute to product-level content strategy and scalable content patterns that create a consistent, seamless user experience across the Zoom ecosystem
- Create and host training sessions for writers and non-writers to scale the content strategy across the triad of design, product, and engineering
- Co-own and evolve our content style guides to ensuring they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and effectively adopted across teams
- Work on exciting AI-first products and lead the content strategy for AI writing at Zoom
