Settlor is a new software startup aiming to streamline and transform real estate transactions by enhancing the experience for title agents, real estate professionals, lenders, and home buyers/sellers through reimagining digital real estate and building empowering products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in coding and implementing web applications
- Knowledge of Vue, or equivalent javascript framework.
- Knowledge of Python, FastAPI, Flask or equivalent framework.
- The ability to learn real estate and title insurance terminology
- Strong analytical skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- 5+ years of experience ideating, building, designing, creating and maintaining apps
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable web applications utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue) and backend technologies (Python/Flask/FastAPI)
- Lead development efforts for new features and improvements to existing applications, ensuring high-quality code and architectural integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices within the engineering team
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and technology selection
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the development stack
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs that interface with various internal and external services

- This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado.

- A related bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience is required.
