Requirements

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases, or statistical analysis.
  • Experience with panel measurement and survey design.
  • Master’s degree or PhD. in the social sciences (e.g., Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Communication), or in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Informatics, Econometrics).
  • 9 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases, or statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for all brand and behavioral measurement initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced panel and survey-based measurement methodologies to assess brand health, consumer sentiment, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Design and execute robust causal inference studies using observational methods (e.g., quasi-experimental designs, synthetic control) when traditional experiments are not feasible, to understand the impact of brand marketing activities.
  • Provide technical oversight, guidance, and mentorship to other data scientists and business analysts working on brand and behavioral measurement projects.
  • Drive analytical efforts to establish and quantify the connection between brand perception/metrics and measurable behavioral outcomes (e.g., engagement, conversion, etc.).
