Requirements
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Next.js, GSAP, Three.js, and Lottie.
- Strong understanding of performance, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
- Familiarity with Sanity or other headless CMS platforms is a plus.
- Comfort collaborating in Figma, transforming design ideas into pixel-perfect implementations.
- Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI tools and frameworks to speed up iteration and development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with designers, QA engineers, and leadership to bring creative concepts to life through responsive, accessible, and performant front-end development.
- Build visually stunning, interactive experiences and landing pages that showcase our product stories and push creative boundaries.
- Experienced in implementing dynamic animations and 3D effects.
- Develop scalable, modular UI systems that balance flexibility, maintainability, and creative freedom.
- Prototype, iterate, and experiment quickly– testing new techniques, tools, and frameworks to improve both craft and workflow.
- Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and contribute to a culture of technical and creative excellence.
- Manage projects end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.

- 6+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- A refined eye for interaction design, animation, and motion– able to turn static concepts into engaging experiences.
- Independence and ownership—able to plan, prioritize, and execute projects efficiently, with minimal guidance.
