Provide support for customer qualifications on datacenter SSD products on behalf of engineering and development teams.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of computer system architecture fundamentals
- SSD or related storage experience in a Datacenter/Server environment
- Experience with PCIE/NVMe
- Troubleshooting skills to include run/break/fix capabilities and issue isolation
- Experience with Windows and Linux server operating systems
- Experience with Python scripting
- Experience with bug tracking tools
Responsibilities
- Manage complex qualification infrastructure from multiple customers
- Plan and drive execution of customer qualifications according to schedule
- Perform failure triage on any issues found during the qualification
- Work with the respective Product Support Engineer to ensure alignment of tasks
- Drive issues to resolution in a timely manner
- Write test status reports on a regular basis
- Use bug tracking system for filing and managing issues
Other
- minimum 5 years hands-on technical experience
- Experience with data manipulation/analysis (spreadsheets or more advanced tools)
- Experience interacting with stakeholders of a product development organization
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
