EarnIn is looking to hire a data scientist to help the company grow tremendously by turning information into insights through analytics, data science, and experimentation.
Requirements
- You are an expert with SQL and have experience with Python or R
- Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests. Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely is a plus
- Experience creating offline ML models is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions.
- Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well-designed experiments(A/B Testing)
- Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics and show where we are now, whether we have achieved our goals, and why
- Communicate results, influence stakeholders, and be the trusted thought partner for the product, engineering, and leadership team.
- Ideate, execute and measure initiatives.

- You have 6+ years of experience in product analytics/data science
